Studio Classes

Natalie offers energizing classes designed for everybody in mind.

Classes are based in strength, rebounding (trampoline) and pilates and Natalie imbues a fresh creativity into all sequencing. Leave class feeling lighter, stronger and ready to tackle whatever your day has in store.

Bounce / Trampoline

Full body workout using fitness rebounders and weights. This class is cardio and strength, with an extra focus on core.

Yoga

A full-body yoga flow designed to warm you up, build heat and end with grounded cooling poses. Expect a fun, inclusive vibe; ending with aromatherapy during Savasana. Please bring your own yoga mat!

Burn / Bootcamp

Natalie's signature class. This class is a full body workout, incorporating strength, agility and short bursts of cardio. It will be fun, challenging and kick your ass in the best way. We will be using Bosu, TRX, weights and resistance bands.
