Trampoline workouts are a fun, effective way to increase your cardiovascular health and strengthen your whole body. The workouts are high intensity but low impact due to the bungee suspension system. This makes the workout easy on your joints but overall, a challenging, effective workout. All classes are set to a fun playlist with a combination of cardio and strength training exercises.
